I want to take you on this Remarkable adventure where we will learn, create, explore and evolve. Since the beginning, my quilts have received many awards all because of my hard work, discipline and enthusiasm. It all started as a hobby back in 2001, I started with the traditional patterns but it was never enough for me. Inspired by amazing artist, such as Louis C. Tiffany, Alphonse Mucha, and Johannes Vermeer I started giving my quilts my own style.
One of my first quilts (Wisteria) was inspired by Tiffany’s stained glass windows. It was my own interpretation of one of his many creations. It’s now part of the Permanent Founder’s Collection of the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, Kentucky. “Bounty” for example, was my rendition to one of Alphonse Mucha’s most famous painting: “Le Fruit”.
It is my pleasure to share my art with all of you. Thank you for visiting my space, and don’t hesitate to contact me. It is my goal to serve the public with my love for art and quilting. If I can do it, you can definitely do it. But please, never, never, never give up.
